Came with Tim to install our new gas furnace. Appreciated the call to say they would be arriving in about 15 min. Also happy he would agree to greet our dog to put her at ease upon arrival. Helped her know these were not "strangers". They taped the protective paper to the floor and went about their work efficiently with minimal disruption. He explained some of the info in the booklets and showed us what they had done during the installation. Explain the smell would be different for the first few minutes at the Initial startup and not to be alarmed as a normal smell as oil and dust burned out of this new unit. Very satisfied with Joel's work. thanks
