David did an exceptional, professional job in the performance of his duties. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the plumbing field. He knew exactly what to do and there was an outstanding outcome. The drain is clean and he did the work in like 30 minutes. Please have David handle all of my future calls. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do I recommend Rooter Hero. The tech explained the drainage problem completely and gave us a couple of options for dealing with it. We felt relieved that we got someone who was knowledgeable and really helpful. The problem was totally taken care of and it didn't break the bank! more
