No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do I recommend Rooter Hero. The tech explained the drainage problem completely and gave us a couple of options for dealing with it. We felt relieved that we got someone who was knowledgeable and really helpful. The problem was totally taken care of and it didn't break the bank!
