We recently rented a property through Romain Properties. So far, I have been pretty impressed. I didn't really like the process for the showing of the properties (we made an appointment and were not told that they would be showing the property to a bunch of people at once). However, they have been very friendly throughout the move-in process and they have been very quick to repair anything that needed it. I feel that they will do a good job as we continue to rent from them.
