My experience was not horrible, but certainly did not leave me with a positive feeling about Hacienda Oaks either. They do not update their listings available so most places on the website have already been rented. It took a while to track someone down to schedule a tour and I was instructed to call & confirm my appointment at a certain time and no one answered the phone. The person showed up 10 minutes late; she was polite, just not warm and friendly. I had to call and check back because she never let me know if my application had been accepted. When I finally reached someone on the phone she said she was busy and would call me right back - never happened. The next day I called and the same thing happened. They got my $15.00 and I got nothing. more

I agree with the other review that was written and now they've changed their name to "Hacienda Oaks" Just beware there is a lot of other property management agencies that would give much more professional service than this group of people. more

I attempted to rent a property from this company at one point and was very unimpressed. Their telephone etiquette was terrible and they did not even try to give me the information that I requested. They also charged a much higher application fee than other local property managers ($30) and it seemed like they were just out to get their application fee and run, rather than try to give the needed information for someone who is trying to rent The only positive that I can think of is that they have a rental hotline that you can call and hear a recording of available properties It is categorized by residential and business properties and by how many bedrooms you are looking for. more
