Great place for kids to learn discipline , my grandchildren grow up in this school, Master Rod has the experience and patience to teach everyone. I recommend this school to anyone that is looking for the best school in kendall. more

Great Experience 3/29/2011

Best family Martial Arts studio in Kendall. Friendly atmosphere. Nice variety of classes. Our entire family has been attending for over three years, and have all made Black Belt. Classes have benefited our health, and togetherness. All staff and students are like family, and there is never a problem with attitude. My wife and I started a little later in life, and feel great, and never thought we would make it this far, but now we know we can reach any and all goals in class, and in life itself. I would recommend Shym Myung Do for any person of any age. As you will learn it is a way of life. more

Awesome Experience 3/29/2011

My experience in taking these classes were amazing! It helped me in everything i needed to, it taught me many things that i thought i could have never done but it eventually proved me wrong. Also the instructors were really good too they had a lot of patience and were really good at pushing you hard into doing it so that you can get better, which i thought was good cause that's how you get better. I really recommend for people to go and take classes because if its something you really want to do to defend yourself or just do a hobby will be an amazing and really good experience. more

Wonderful atmosphere for the children\r \r My daughter has been attending classes at Rod's martial arts since she was four. Presently, after almost three years practicing Shim Myung Do, I can see a tremendously\r improvement in Sabrina. She focus much better, she is more disciplined, and more attentive in Martial arts as well as in school. I truly recommend this for the kids. Our children deserve to learn not only to defend themselves but to acquire moral and ethical values that can remain with them for the rest of their lives. more

Great family business 2/8/2011

My daughter attends the children's classes and my wife the fitness kickboxing at Master Rod's. I'm the only lazy one of the family LOL. My 5 year old is more focused and disciplined now, not to mention tired when she's done. My wife comes home sweaty and relaxed so whatever they do there is good. Nice family environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Patient instructors, clean and safe. more
