Bad service experience 12/21/2015

I had a great sales person for my new Escape Titanium, but when I took it in for my first oil change and factory recall I was very disappointed. No thank you, come back again, no explanation of what was done to my car, just go pay the cashier, your total is this much, your car will be pulled up out there! I have purchased many new cars through the years at different dealers but have never been treated so poorly! I will never return there. more

Bought 2009 F 150 New from them their service is horrible 4/26/2015

I had a 2009 F 150 that I bought new from them. When I took it in for my first oil change it took 7 hours to do a simple oil change. A few months later my tire pressure light came on. 3 sensors were bad which they charged me for saying it was customer abuse. 1 week later my tire sensor light came it it was the 4th sensor that went bad not covered under warranty. I complained to ford and ford did say it was covered and reimbursed me for the services. I had other service issues under warranty which Robinson brothers claimed wasn't under warranty and ford did reimburse me for them. I finally got tired of dealing with them and any service I needed I took the truck to .... ford where I didn't have all the issues I had with Robinson brothers ford. If this was the only ford dealer in the area I would not buy ford. Since they have other dealers like .... ford I continue to buy fords just from .... ford. more

Worst dealer ship in BR 2/21/2013

I recommend this dealer: No Employee(s) Dealt With: Service Manager: Brian Crocker, Service Advisor: Ben Kleinpeter My Review of Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln Mercury : I am former ford lover but want everyone to be aware about how they conduct business over there. I bought a new F250 6.0L in 2007 and loved the truck the first 100,000 miles. I now have 125,000 miles on it and had it in the shop for three weeks. 4x4 hose replaced, #2 fuel injector replaced, transmission hose replaced. I asked on top of it to change my oil and rotate my tires. 4 weeks later and $3500 later i have more problems than i began. 1st they admitted to messing up something and replaced brake pads at no charge. 2nd they forgot to change the oil and they didnt rotate my tires.. Come on. I brought it back to ford and they took blame for not changing oil but charged me $120 to fix a wiring gauge that computed oil pressure. I forgot to mention the second day after i had my truck back i called ford because i have engine and oil fumes literally coming out of my AC vents. They told me to give it a couple days and it will blow out. OK so im trying to leave town and hoping my truck wont give me any problems and all of the sudden I hear a boom and immediatley loose power. I figured i threw a rod and was not happy. I have my truck towed to a local mechanic that i trust and he looks at it and tells me that FORD forgot to clamp a cap on my turbo diesel. So I call ford and send them an invoice for the wrecker and the mechanic. two weeks later after bothering them i finally get my check. They have already admitted to having to replace brake pads for free and not claming cap on. When your truck is in the shop for 4 weeks and they are replacing things in the enginge block, god knows what else they have messed with. So now its 5 weeks later and i notice my power steering acting up. I get under my truck and im leaking power steering fluid and also im leaking oil as well. Which might explain the fumes coming through the AC. Bri more

Buyer Beware 7/7/2011

The finance manager here screwed up EVERY bit of paper work. He put all warranties and even ownership of the $30,000 vehicle I bought and am paying for under my co-signers name. When the issue was recognized 2 days after the sale I went to them and they refused to even consider changing things other than the extended warranty and they would only change that for a $75 fee, even the business manager Mr. Savage refused to correct their mistakes. Foo on you! Screwing one customer over can loose you many more. This place doesn't deserve to be in business. more

This Dealership SUCKS 11/11/2010

Took my car in for repairs under warranty... They changed my oil ( which they could charge for ) all other complaints were dismissed. The things they said were repaired, were not. Now I am no longer under warranty, they want to charge me for the repairs I complained about earlier. Oh, and none of my earlier complaints were documented!!!! I am raiting this a 1 because there is nothing LOWER!!! more
