As everyone may guess, going through a bankruptcy situation is a very stressfull event with a lot of unknowns. Robert Peters and Paralegal Linda Card were excellent on walking through the process step by step. They were able to predict the strategy of the Trustee and give the proper advice on how to proceed at each different turn of events through out my case. One important piece of advice given at the very first meeting with Robert and Linda was to remain calm and not to panic and that's exactly what I tried to do. Remember that for every decision or move that the Trustee makes through the Court, you have plenty of time to evaluate it with Robert and Linda and come up with the best counter move that hopefully results in what your trying to achieve in your particular case and situation. Nothing happens fast without you being able to prepare for it in the best way. With Robert's and Linda's help my case turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I was able to discharge a significant amount of credit card debt and medical bills without losing my house or personal property. I highly recommend Robert Peters and Linda Card.
