I called several plumbers and basically recieved no call back or crazy inflated prices. A friend reccomended Robert Metzger Plumbing ,and I decided to give his company a call. The person who answered was very proffessional and accomodatiing to my schedule. The plumber that came answered all of my questions without hesitation and in terms that i could understand. I swear the bathroom was cleaner when he finished than when he began. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent !!! Pros: Qualified and informative more

I called to have my toilet fixed. For the first appt, they sent someone out, looked at the toilet and proposed a potential fix which required shut down of the water for the entire building. I asked when I should schedule the follow-up and the plumber said ""anytime, we'll work around your schedule."" So, then I coordinate between the building management and the plumber to try and set a new date/time to shut off the water and have the plumber come out. After a lot of work, I find a time that should work. However, despite repeated calls, Metzger plumbing never calls back. On the day of the shut-down (which inconveniences the entire building), they never show up! I strongly suggest you avoid this plumber in the future. Cons: Doesn't show up more

I tried to book Robert Metzger Plumbing to repair a leak and a faulty shut-off. They scheduled an appointment and never showed and never called to let me know they were not going to come. After calling the office, their apology was luke warm and they scheduled a second appointment with a set one-hour timeframe within which to arrive. I waited all day and again no one from Robert Metzger Plumbing showed. I'm amazed that they can remain in business with customer service like this. more
