I tried to book Robert Metzger Plumbing to repair a leak and a faulty shut-off. They scheduled an appointment and never showed and never called to let me know they were not going to come. After calling the office, their apology was luke warm and they scheduled a second appointment with a set one-hour timeframe within which to arrive. I waited all day and again no one from Robert Metzger Plumbing showed. I'm amazed that they can remain in business with customer service like this.
