So far out of all dealerships this has been the best one I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and have always gone out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Rick Wessel was the service advisor, he was great to work with and I look forward to the next service visit with him, I know I will be treated respect. more

I found a car online that I fell in love with, and applied to get pre-approved online right then and there to finance this car... I then went to follow up the next day. Talked to someone who was going to check on it for me, didn't hear back. I kept calling to get a new person that was going to track it down, and let me know the status. I then gave up. Two weeks later I was contacted that my application just went through and that they had a couple questions about my application... Again I played the follow up game by e-mail and phone calls, and went through to talk to several people aka IDIOTS!!! I have never been so frustrated, trying to reach a person and all I would get is that they would call me back, call me back.... I was going to just drive there but it is was over an hour away, and I am glad I didn't waste anymore of my time. They lost my business, and I got the same car from another company! Pros: great cars to choose from Cons: awful customer service, AWFUL!!!! more

Although we didn't end up purchasing an Audi, Sam Gilbert at Audi Tacoma was a pleasure (and fun!) to work with. He was so helpful and informative over the phone, and extremely friendly and knowledgable when we went in for a test drive. If you are looking for an Audi, speak with Sam! more
