I found a car online that I fell in love with, and applied to get pre-approved online right then and there to finance this car... I then went to follow up the next day. Talked to someone who was going to check on it for me, didn't hear back. I kept calling to get a new person that was going to track it down, and let me know the status. I then gave up. Two weeks later I was contacted that my application just went through and that they had a couple questions about my application... Again I played the follow up game by e-mail and phone calls, and went through to talk to several people aka IDIOTS!!! I have never been so frustrated, trying to reach a person and all I would get is that they would call me back, call me back.... I was going to just drive there but it is was over an hour away, and I am glad I didn't waste anymore of my time. They lost my business, and I got the same car from another company!
Pros: great cars to choose from
Cons: awful customer service, AWFUL!!!!
