Courteous and Effecient Service 9/27/2013

I have dealt with many dealerships since I started driving almost 50 years ago. In that time there have only been 2 or 3 car dealers that have provided the level of service and courtesy provided by the staff at Riverside Hyundai. more

Hyundai Tucson Tranny issue 9/25/2013

Fantastic and prompt service from these guys. Hyundai corporate warranty policy sucks since it was a tranny sensor that should, in my opinion, be a warranty issue but was not. more

GREAT SERVICE!!! 9/20/2013

This dealership is always at its best! I have always been handled with the most amazing experience when coming for any type of service. Normally with other dealerships getting a great service experience is very hard. The workers at this dealership are considerate to your time, and work as fast as possible to please you. I have had to get my steering wheel changed out two times now, and every time I come in to have them check it out they ALWAYS get it taken care of ASAP! (reason for changing is manufacture error not the dealerships) Both David & Stefan are great at what they do, and if you come here you will receive a great experience for sure! more

Very comfortable waiting area with coffee & goodies to make you feel right at home. Also the assurance everything is properly repaired and topped off with a clean car. more
