"I agree that Dwight Davis is the best service rep I have ever worked with. I drive to Rickenbaugh from Lafayette, through Denver rush hour traffic every time to her my S60R serviced HERE even though Sil Ter-Harry is much,much more convenient. Their svc mgr pissed me off." more

I own and bought a 2008 Volvo C70 from this dealer and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The service department is the best, i would not go anywhere else for service. The sales tream was also top notch. The car was delivered on timewithout a hitch. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new Volvo. The highest of marks for the team at Rickenbaugh. more

I'll never take me car anywhere but Rickenbaugh! 9/2/2010

I have been a Rickenbaugh customer for 5 years now. I purchased a used Volvo in 2005 and I've always taken it to Rickenbaugh for service. The biggest reason that I continue to return is the excellent customer service of Keith Smercheck. Over my life, I've had many cars in the shop for service, but never have I received such consistent, high quality customer service, as what I receive from Keith. I was actually surprised of how welcomed I felt on my first visit... and i continue to feel that way today. Regardless, if your service is small or large, he puts you at ease and patiently walks you through the process. I greatly appreciate Keith's efforts to go above and beyond. Despite living much closer to another Volvo dealer, I'll never take me car anywhere but Rickenbaugh! more

I just wanted to pass along my thanks to the entire staff at Rickenabugh as I just purchased a new Cadillac SRX. Having recently at 4 other dealerships when I was making my decision, the customer service I received at Rickenbaugh far surpassed what I experience anywhere else. It was one of the best experiences I've had in quite some time. I also wanted to commend Aaron Johnson for his help as my salesman. He did an outstanding job and really went the extra mile. Not only was he able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and options (impressive considering how many there are!), but him arranging an overnight test drive really did seal the deal and make my decision for me. Ron Young also made signing the papers quick and easy which is always refreshing. I will definitely be spreading the word with friends and colleagues of such a great dealership. Rickenbaugh did a good job 7/27/2010

Steve, our service consultant called with "up dates" and assured the auto would operate without any further problems The Cadillac was completely checked out and all repairs made, some on warrenty and some worn items that needed attention. My wife drives this car and I want it to be extremely dependable. Rickenbaugh did a good job of checking the complete car and making sure every item of the car was in perfect operating order. I'm extremely glad I took the car to them-It will go to them for any repairs for as long as I own the car, my service costs were very "fair". Charles Willard more

Rickenbaugh always exceed our expectations 7/22/2010

Fourth Volvo purchase from Ron Mroz and Rickenbaugh. Rickenbaugh is not the closest. Volvo dealership to us, but we would not even consider going anywhere else. Ron and Rickenbaugh always exceed our expectations. Brandon in Finance was great too. more
