I have been a Rickenbaugh customer for 5 years now. I purchased a used Volvo in 2005 and I've always taken it to Rickenbaugh for service. The biggest reason that I continue to return is the excellent customer service of Keith Smercheck. Over my life, I've had many cars in the shop for service, but never have I received such consistent, high quality customer service, as what I receive from Keith. I was actually surprised of how welcomed I felt on my first visit... and i continue to feel that way today. Regardless, if your service is small or large, he puts you at ease and patiently walks you through the process. I greatly appreciate Keith's efforts to go above and beyond. Despite living much closer to another Volvo dealer, I'll never take me car anywhere but Rickenbaugh!
