Excellent experience! I rented 3 years from Rhyne Management in Cary, NC. I worked with Sandy and others, and it was by far the best rental experience I've had. The property was in great shape. Location was prime. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. Communication was clear and friendly. The price was right! I can't say enough great things! I stated off fine...then went south the past year. there are a lot of little things wrong with my place. They are quick to respond to repairs...but do a poor job. I put in a repair request to fix some things and showed the office lady pictures of what needed to be fix. when they came to fix them they fixed one thing and then claimed they knew nothing about the other request. They left a mess everytime the would come to fix something and expected me to clean up. the guy who ownes the place is hard to get in touch with and refused to give me his number when i lost it because i wanted to tell him about the problems. I stayed as long as I did because the price was right...but really...save your money...and find something better. Pros: cheap rent Cons: poor management more

This place is an absolute nightmare! I stayed here for a year and a half, and all I can remember is cockroaches, a tiny excuse for an apartment, extremely noisy neighbors and a whole slew of problems. I don't have anything against the management, and parking is Ok too. But I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The only advantage is low rent and proximity to the Centennial Campus of NC State University. more

When I was a student I stayed in one of their apartments near NC State Univ... When they said the apartment was ready to move in, we found cockroaches in it. The management did come back and spray the place with disinfectant, but it dint help much... the rent was reasonable at the time so I stayed on. We also had noisy neighbors. If you have another choice , don't go there more
