We couldn't be more pleased with our experiences at RMA of Austin. While our initial meeting with RMATX was in San Antonio, we started working with the local Austin team directly thereafter. From the very first appointment we have been nothing but impressed. \r \r Fertility treatments can be stressful. The Austin team was absolutely amazing at answering our questions and making sure that we were comfortable with what was going on at every step along the way. Our appointments were easy to schedule and I never had to wait more than a few minutes (in their beautiful waiting room). The nurses, doctors and office staff are all super friendly while at the same time professional in their communications and demeanor. After meeting each of the staff members for the first time, they always remembered your name and the first question was always a genuine ""how are you doing?"". Also, the Austin facilities are brand new and immaculate.\r \r However, for a lot of us, the most important criteria when choosing a fertility specialist would be their success rates. And once again RMA Austin didn't disappoint. This was our first IVF attempt and we can't wait to meet our twins due this summer! \r \r I simply cannot say enough great things about Dr. Skillern and the team at RMA Austin. Thank you RMA Austin - we literally could not have done it without you guys! more

We were referred to RMA texas by my insurance as the board certified service provider with whom I could get maximum coverage. We've had a fruitful association with RMA Texas. I am now 16 weeks pregnant. I was visiting at their Austin facility and went to San Antonio for the retrieval and transfers. This was our first try at IVF and had gone in with lots of reservations and concerns. We got lucky in the first cycle all thanks to the meticulous, methodical and high process oriented approach that RMA Texas have, with their rich experience in field. The staff have been very friendly and professional at both sites and you feel you have come to the right place. Thank you RMA Texas ! more

Our infertility journey started almost 3 years ago. When we found Rma of Texas I knew we were in great hands....What I loved about the medical center is everything is done ""in house"" no running around all over town to different places. The medical center itself has a very spa like feel and the staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgable. They are super quick to return phone calls and emails. Which helps any couple just waiting to hear news. Another great aspect of Rma is they are affordable in pricing and take their time in researching each case before moving forward with chosen procedure. Which gave us peace of mind that our money was being well spent and every possibility was taken under careful consideration. At the end of our journey with Rma....when we graduated to the regular OBGYN. It was difficult to leave to staff at this office. We became very attached to the caring nature of our fertility coaches Becca, Wendy, and Sharon. These women held my hand through out the most difficult time in my life. \r I am forever indebted to Dr. Arredondo and his amazing staff for helping my husband and myself achieve pregnancy. I am currently 12 weeks and my baby is growing beautifully. I would recommend this medical center to anyone seeking infertility treatment. more

We highly recommend RMA to anyone considering IVF. We needed medical help when we conceived our first daughter but IVF was not necessary. Two years later we took the same path when we were ready to expand our family. After 18 months of unsuccessful attempts I was finally ready to entertain the idea of IVF. Originally the cost deterred us but in hindsight I wish I had met Dr. Arredondo much earlier. I would have saved a lot of heartache AND cost. \r \r What sold me was two-fold. First Dr. Arredondo and his staff are wonderful; they were always ready to help and answer questions as well as hold your hand when needed. The second factor for us was that RMA, if desired by the patient, can do advanced genetic testing on any viable embryos. Having this capability available can greatly increase the chances of a successful pregnancy. Even though there was an extra cost, knowing our chances of success went up exponentially made it worthwhile for us to try. \r more

Beware: the staff at RMA will spoil you for any other medical team! They're that great! We only worked with them for a few months because I got pregnant after our very first procedure (hooray!), but my husband and I could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate, and professional team during an emotionally taxing process. Dr. Arredondo and Wendy are exceptional. I wish they could have continued with us throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. RMA will always be special to my family because we now have the most perfect, sweet, funny baby boy. more

I am so happy that my dear friend led me to RMA. This journey has been very emotional for me. Finding the right people to help guide you through this process is key. And RMA is the BEST! Wendy and Sharon at the Austin office made my husband and I feel like we weren't alone and we would have a family. They are very dear to our hearts. And...I am happy to say we are expecting to be parents in the spring of next year! I highly suggest visiting with Dr. A and the caring staff of RMA. It's a hard decision when deciding where to go for such a delicate issue - but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else! more

I can speak as both a former employee and a patient that RMA this wonderful! They truly care about both their employees and their patients. They work hard to provide a comfortable and happy experience for their patients through what is often a trying and tough time. Having been a former employee of RMA when my husband and I were struggling to get pregnant I contact RMA for help because I had firsthand experience with them and trusted them with such a personal issue. I am happy to say that as a team we were successful and I'm currently at home with our new little one!\r more

My partner and I cannot say enough about RMA of TX. We recently were ""released"" to our ob/gyn and must say we truely miss the staff at RMA especially the two wonderful ladies Sharon and Wendy located in Austin. They were just as excited as we were when we found out we were pregnant with twins. They have helped to make this very long process go as smooth as possible and without much stress. We never once felt like we were not kept in the loop about lab results or what the next step was going to be. Anytime we had a question there was always a staff member available to address any concerns we may have. We decided to go to RMA based on a friends recommendation and rave reviews and RMA did not disappoint. I highly recommend RMA to anyone considering starting a family. more

The Best Fertility Specialists in Austin 1/17/2012

When my husband and I started looking for fertility clinics after over a year of trying to start our family, we really wanted to find a place where we weren't just a number, and where we could feel like they cared to be there to guide us through every step of this journey. We were so lucky to find this at the Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas. Although the main branch is in San Antonio, we were mainly seen at the Austin branch (we only had to go to San Antonio twice for the main IVF procedures). We never had to wait to be seen, and the staff there is phenomenal. Rachel, the RN, is warm, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Wendy, the RDMS, is friendly, funny, and is so talented at what she does. The rest of the staff in San Antonio and Dr. Arredondo were also attentive and great to work with. I feel so blessed to say that we became pregnant with our first child after our first IVF attempt. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I was actually sad that we ""graduated"" and had to move on to a regular OBGYN. I wish they could stay with me through my whole pregnancy. I know though exactly who we are going to when we are ready to give our child a sibling. Thank you so much to RMA for making our family complete! more

100% the best in Austin and San antonio. 7/13/2011

Thanks to Dr Arredondo and all RMA staff i'm finally 21 weeks pregnant whit twins. They are always very professional and really flexible whit our appointment hours sense we have to travel at all the time, for us was really convenience go to austin clinic and just for 2 or 3 visit to san antonio clinic during the cycle. I was refer to this clinic for a friend and have great experience on each visit. Thanks to help us to get our dream come true. more

They are the best 6/28/2011

We have been a patient with RMA since 2008 at their San Antonio office. After birth of our daughter in 2010, we wanted to have an another baby. When we learned that they have opened a clinic in Austin we were very happy. Their Austin clinic exceeded our expectations. We still had to go back to San Antonio for retrival and transfer but majority of the visits were in Austin. Needles to say, I am six months pregnant with our second child. Best Fertility Specialist in Austin 6/16/2010

I could not be more pleased with the service I?ve received at RMA. Dr. Arrendondo and his staff are wonderful. I am so happy they opened a facility in Austin. Before RMA came to Austin, I was dealing with the major fertility clinic in Austin and was very displeased with the service I received there. I never felt like a priority. I could not get anyone to call me back regarding appointments and often felt like we were a number and not a patient. Nothing could be further from the truth with RMA of Austin, they are available to answer all of my questions and walked me through every step. They were warm, professional, and welcoming! RMA offers a level of service rarely seen. I can?t say enough GREAT things about the entire staff at RMA. I highly recommend RMA to anyone looking for fertility treatment. RMA offers the best fertility care in Austin!! I LOVE RMA more
