Dr. Jumper was very thorough with all my visits. On my first visit he performed X-rays and looked over previous blood work to see how he can help with my health. He has a passion for what he does. He is great with bone and joint pain and also with ways to improve health. I believe he wants to better everyone's life that comes through his door. His equipment seems to be very modern and I was surprised to see a foot machine to see how your foot is arched. A few years ago I had severe foot pain and would not have thought to go to a chiropractor to resolve the problem. I think there are times everyone should see a chiropractor and look at alternatives. As I have continued the visits I feel I am returning to a correct posture and his supplements and recommended dietary program has me on the right track to a healthier me. Thank you Dr Jumper. more

Dr. Jumper at Renew Chiropractic has made my lower back pain totally go away. Gone. I've tried a lot of different methods of ""treating"" my lower back pain in the past (massages regularly, pain relievers, talking with my primary care doctor, stretches and exercises) and for a number of years it just didn't go away. I had always been skeptical of chiropractic based on stories I had heard from other people, but decided to try it to see if it helped. It was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Not only did my lower back pain vanished, but Dr. Jumper discovered that my neck did not have the curve in it that it's supposed to (I'm a graduate student, and I spend much of my day looking down reading or at my computer), so we have been working hard on getting that back to where it should be, which has helped me get rid of the headaches I was having that I never thought to ask about. On top of that Dr. Jumper has offered me solutions for other general health and wellness issues, such as memory issues and gaining some energy. It's totally amazing what Dr. Jumper can do. \r \r I give Dr. Jumper my highest recommendation. Please know this: not all Chiropractors know their stuff like Dr. Jumper does. Not all of them have the passion Dr. Jumper does. I'm not sure I've ever seen a person so happy and passionate about his/her job as Dr. Jumper is. He really can help you. Call them up today. I promise, you will be happy you did. more

I have been seeing Dr. Jumper for about 8 months now for a fairly severe scoliosis problem which has caused numbness in my feet for about 6 years or so. The numbness had become worse in the year prior to starting treatment. I decided to ask Dr. Jumper about it after seeing how much success he was having in treating my wife for her TMJ jaw lock problem. X-Rays revealed abnormal spine curvature in two places in my back as well as twisting of the spine. Follow-up X-Rays after about 5-6 months of treatment showed significant improvement of about 60% by that time as well as a lessening of numbness in my feet. There is still a bit of 'spine-straightening' left to do, but considering that I had let this problem go for 6 years, I'm not expecting overnight results. I am ecstatic that we are working towards fixing the root cause of the problem as well as the fact that I will age much better with a straight spine and correct head and neck posture. I can honestly attest to the fact that not all chiropractors are the same. Dr. J. is by far the most thorough and confident chiropractor I have ever been to. \r \r My wife's story is even more encouraging. She came in to his office with her jaw nearly locked close and only a minimal jaw opening. He worked with her to increase her jaw opening significantly, improve her forward head posture, and lessen her migraines from 2-3X/week to 'every once in a blue moon.' Prior to this, she wasn't sure how to proceed with her TMJ dysfunction, although she knew she didn't want to go down the road of very expensive and marginally successful surgery options. She was also taking various migraine medications, which are no longer necessary. On another note, he also worked with her on a nutritional basis to improve her thyroid function so that she was able to ditch her ever-changing thyroid medications and be able to function successfully without them. Dr. Jumper is a very competent chiropractor able to improve the function of the spine and its related components as well as being very knowledgeable in nutrition counseling. more

Four years ago I fell off a boat on vacation and suffered a head injury. Symptoms of dizziness and vertigo showed up soon after and I proceeded to see multiple doctors, all of whom could not diagnose the problem or offer a solution. After three years, a family friend referred us to Dr. Jumper. My life has totally changed; in the year I've been seeing him, he not only diagnosed my problem as whiplash, my weekly adjustments have reduced my vertigo almost completely. I am also sleeping much better (as a 12+ year insomniac, this is nothing short of a miracle), I'm able to drive again, and am no longer confined to my house and no longer have to rely on others to help me with everyday chores. I was also having problems with my left foot after surgery; Dr. Jumper ordered orthotics and the pain has disappeared. Thanks so much for everything Dr. J, I would recommend to a friend any day! more

Dr Jumper is a real ace at what he does. He is VERY knowledgeable on overall health as well as being very attentive to his patients needs. I have dealt with pressure at the base of my skull, along with vertigo, tinnitus, and other ear/sinus issues. Within the first few visits, I noticed a very significant improvement in the vertigo, which, after several visits is completely gone. The noises and ringing in my ears, although not entirely gone, is MUCH better than it was. My sinus issues are greatly improved as well and I have also noticed my vision is somewhat clearer and I just feel better. I sleep better too! more

RENEW CHIROPRACTIC has saved my life. I've been seeing Dr Jumper for two months now and I can not explain how great I am already feeling and how great he treats his patients. I was involved in a auto accident last December. I was experiencing neck pain, knee pain, low back pain and numbness on my toes. I couldn't do my any work or do my favorite outdoors activities due to the pain i had. After a few visits the pain started to subside and I feel much better. I am very grateful to have found him & his wife Vicky. They treat me like family and I’m sure that all of his patients would agree that they are some of the most compassionate people you will ever meet.\r If you have been in a car wreck and have whiplash injuries we highly recommend Dr. Jumper. Thank you Dr. Jumper & Vicky for all the great help more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/26/2015

Dr Jumper was very thorough in describing what was going on with my joints and corrective actions that would improve range of motion and reduce pain. Additionally, he gave some exercises to help strengthen the weak areas and within a couple days I could already feel improvement. Very personable and approachable...made time for me to get me on the right track! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/30/2015

Dr. Jumper assessed my pain and got to the root of the cause. He is wonderful at corrective care and restoring the body to functioning at it's highest level. X-rays revealed my neck curvature had actually reversed, causing a number of issues (comorbitities) including headaches, dizziness, stomach unrest, discomfort doing many normal activities, and fatigue. He is treating the root cause aggressively, which is providing relief from all of these and more symptoms, and restoring me to full health and function. I recommend Dr. Jumper whole heartedly. I wish I had come seen him sooner and skipped investing in monthly yoga classes, which did nothing but exacerbate my problem. Call him today, you will be glad you did! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/29/2015

Dr. Jumper is helping me correct a long-term chronic condition, related to a childhood injury I sustained to my upper spine. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats the root cause, rather than just the symptoms. In addition, Dr. Jumper has a fantastic upbeat, positive attitude and consistent professionalism. It's always a pleasure to visit with him and Vicky; they do a great job of making everyone there feel welcome. I strongly recommend Dr. Jumper and Renew Chiropractic; he doesn't just 'fluff your pillows,' he gets it done right the first time! The increased energy, mobility, and overall quality of life I currently enjoy -- thanks to Dr. Jumper -- is well worth the time, money and commitment to being treated. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 12/7/2014

Dr. Jumper's chiropractic care is fantastic! I have been going to Dr. Jumper for chiropractic care since 2005 and am very happy with the results. I initially started going to Dr. Jumper because of significant neck pain associated with several injuries from gymnastics and acrobatics, and had what seemed like immediate relief from pain. It was exactly what I needed. Now I am a fighter pilot and experience unique stresses on my neck and spine on a daily basis that I've seen lead to debilitating injuries in other members of my squadron. After several years flying fighter jets now I've started to develop some concerns about my neck discomfort and occasional pain. Dr. Jumper and I have been able to relieve my neck pain once again, and have formulated a plan to ensure I don't experience any further neck or spine degeneration as I continue my flying career. I would recommend Dr. Jumper's services to anyone regardless of their occupation or path in life. Vickie is great too. She's a lot of fun to talk to during your short wait for the adventure of chiropractic care. more

I was in a car accident in September of 2006. I have been through medical docs who just wanted to feed me pain meds. I quit that game because my organs are more important to me. So, I went to Chiropractors that are basically treating for symptom relief. My visits were 10minutes max and I was never ever 100%. After 6yrs of that I quit. I said no more and considered cortisone shots and surgery as the medical doctor suggested. Then I met Dr. Jumper. He was the first person to EVER Xray me and find I have scoliosis. How could Kaiser miss this?? Well, they did and they still argue one Xray of my ribcage meant I was OK. They never xray's my whole spine to see the S shape. This does have a happy ending...I have seen Dr. Jumper for over a month now and my life has improved. I am not in any more pain, I am not fatigued, I have no headaches, my TMJ is almost gone (a dentist would charge $3k to crack your jaw - don't do it!!), my hearing has improved, and I am more educated now. Dr. Jumper educates you and is motivational. He is your traditional wellness chiropractor. I have never felt so cared for before until I have been under his care. I do not think most of your symptom relief chiropractors would care about your hearing or the other neurological issues and Dr. Jumper does. I am blessed to have met him and be under his care. Soon, my scoliosis will be gone and I will be back living my life as normal again! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 12/7/2014

In January of 2014 I met Dr. jumper in hopes he could help with my year-long headache and TMJ. Prior to seeing him, I had seen a PT for muscular work & dry needling, a chiropractor for adjustments (symptoms only), a massage therapist for intra-oral massages, and a dentist who wanted to fit my for a mouth guard, as well as give me botox injections in my jaw for the TMJ. After lots of wasted time and money with little to no results I had given up on the notion of feeling better. It was about this time that my husband had watched a presentation Dr. Jumper did at his work. He swore that he was talking about me, my symptoms, and my frustration with trying to get better. I figured I had nothing to lose so I went to see what he could do. What surprised me was what happened next - an x-ray of my neck and spine (something none of the other specialists had done). Upon inspection of the x-ray it was obvious what was causing my headaches. My neck had little to no curve and this exaggerated forward head posture was causing the TMJ and headache behind my eyes and base of skull. After 5-10 minutes, Dr. Jumper had greatly reduced the popping in my jaw. After 2-3 weeks of treatments he had eliminated the headaches. Midway through my treatments, Dr. Jumper took another x-ray and I had gained significant curve in my neck. (It is really hard to argue with a before and after x-ray!) I am now working to maintain my progress with fewer visits to the office and exercises at home. Without meeting Dr. Jumper I have no idea what condition I would be in today. I really appreciate the work he has done to fix my issues, rather than treat my symptoms. Thank you Dr. Jumper! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 11/30/2014

I had been having chronic health issues for so many years, I can't remember. \r \r The first one was my ears. I had seen 3 different specialists over the years about the pain in my ears and the hearing loss. All of the doctors told me the same thing; you don't have an ear infection, we don't see anything wrong inside, it could be your Eustachian tubes, but we won't really know unless we go in and do some surgery and probably put tubes in your ears. I didn't want surgery and decided to endure the pain a while longer.\r \r The second issue was the loss of feeling and pain in my hands and arms. It was awful when I slept and in the morning. But by mid-morning, I was semi functional so I just rolled with it. Recently the pain got so severe that I couldn't function, so I went to see my doctor. She said that I should get an EMG, and will probably need surgery to fix some nerve damage. Really? Another surgery? I asked for an alternative and she gave me wrist guards to wear and told me to stop practicing yoga for a month and come back.\r \r In the meantime, I met Dr. Jumper and Vickie at an Employee Health Fair hosted by my work. I stopped into their booth to thank them for supporting my company's health fair, I had no idea I would walk out with an appointment to see Dr. Jumper the next day.\r \r After getting X-rays and my initial consultation, Dr. Jumper diagnosed that I have scoliosis and forward head posture. He explained that the forward head posture is most likely the reason my ears have been hurting. He also showed me how severely curved my spine was and that is why my hands would go to sleep. Can you believe a woman in her 40s is just NOW finding out that she have scoliosis??? After my first treatment, I could feel my hands, and the next day I noticed no problems with my ears. I have been seeing Dr. Jumper for a couple months, and this has been life changing for me. My workouts have never been stronger and I don’t have the pain I had been living with daily. I couldn't recommend Renew Chiropractic and Dr. Jumper any more. I have never felt better. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 11/22/2014

I came to know Dr. Jumper by the grace of Google after an auto accident. I had been stopped at a red light and another driver collided into the rear of my car. The other driver's car was nearly totaled, but mine suffered minimal damage so I figured it was no big deal. Modern estimates have the average person spending 4.3 years of their life in the car, traveling enough distance to go to the moon and back three times. So you're bound to bump into someone. The other driver was young and sweet, and this was her first wreck. So I didn't want to make a bigger deal out of the accident than necessary. \r \r \r \r Typically after an auto accident, people go to the Emergency Department. That wasn’t going to happen. From working in a hospital, I know that the system can get clogged quickly with trivial maladies; let alone the time spent waiting and enormous cost of an Emergency Department visit. Although, like many people, I do not have a primary care physician, so I didn't do anything. Until a couple days later when my back started hurt. I figured I should get some x-rays and called an urgent care for inexpensive images. They directed me to a different facility which was too far away so I Googled and found Dr. Jumper. Having never been to a chiropractor, I was wary of having someone twist and bend my spine. I called, spoke with Vicky and was sold. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and even comforting. And the process was reassuring. Dr. Jumper’s equipment is state of the art and he was able to take very detailed images of my spine. We had two full appointments before my first adjustment, which made me confident in his personal and professional philosophy. He is treating me for injuries sustained from my auto accident, but also for forward head posture, foot pain, Raynaud’s, headaches, trapezius pain. All manner of my life are improving; I feel less stressed, my skin is clearer and I have a higher and steadier level of energy. At the end of the day, I put a lot of trust in Dr. Jumper and I’m so glad I do. more

\r I've been seeing Dr. Jumper for several months for severe dizziness and vertigo that had lasted for over 2 years. Multiple other doctors, CAT scans and X-rays couldn't explain what could possibly be wrong. Long story short, WOW; complete 180 degree turnaround. Not only has my dizziness problem significantly diminished to the point where I hardly notice it anymore, my neck is getting aligned, I'm sleeping better, (GLORIOUS news for an insomniac of 10+ years) losing weight, and back pain that I thought was ""normal"" is quickly disappearing. Awesome, caring people; they make you feel like an actual person, not a folder or patient number or just another patient to be shuffled along. Nothing but praise for Dr. Jumper and Vicki! Thanks so much guys!\r \r \r \r \r more

I first started going to Dr. Jumper after a car accident. He took such good care of my conditions I couldn't be more thankful. I am always treated with extreme respect by a very friendly staff, and my condition has improved significantly in the time that I have spent with this professional. He is very accommodating, courteous, responsive, and skilled. I've already recommended this business to many of my friends, and will continue to do so, as this is one of the better medical experiences I have experienced. Five stars! more

  • Specializing in the treatment of Car Wreck Injuries, Whiplash Injuries, Auto Accident Injuries, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Headaches, Sciatica, Disc Bulges / Herniations, Numbness and Tingling, Scoliosis, Shoulder Problems, Jaw Problems (tmj) and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The difference between Us and other Chiropractors… Most people don't know that there are two types of chiropractors. Although they go by the same name, chiropractors today differ greatly in technique and philosophy. Many chiropractors merely work on back pain symptoms alone, using manipulation, electrotherapies, tens units and ultrasound. When symptoms improve, the patient assumes their spinal alignment is fixed. In most cases the spinal joints have merely been decompressed and pain is temporarily relieved. In our clinic, we actually correct the spinal alignment back to its normal model and show you the results with Before and After X-Rays. The spine must be in its normal alignment to maximize nerve integrity and insure proper stability and function. Similar to a car’s wheel, if the spine is left out of alignment, it will progressively wear and tear even if there may be no symptoms. Over time however, the discs, joints and nerves will wear out just like a car tire, axle and bearing. Eventually there may be symptoms and permanent damage. When we correct the spine’s alignment, we utilize a three dimensional postural analysis to identify the relationships between the head, torso, hips, legs and feet. Full spinal x-rays are taken and angle and arc measurements are compared to the normal model. The secret to correcting the spine’s alignment involves changing nerve muscle memory by influencing slow and fast nerve receptors to tell muscles to pull differently, thus aligning the vertebrae. Three dimensional postural specific adjusting, mirror image exercises and simple office and home rehab are done with predicable results. When the spine’s alignment is restored to its normal model, not only are symptoms relieved, but long standing spinal correction is achieved for better stability and function. A simple maintenance program is given to each patient so they can maintain their normal spinal alignment throughout their lifetime. So five, ten years from now you are not suffering from degeneration, arthritis, nerve damage, disc problems and possible permanent damage. Maintaining a correction is smarter and more cost effective then “managing a problem” which can inevitably become permanent.
