Best mechanic in Batavia 10/29/2013

I have a 2002 Ford. She is an older car and needs a little extra care. I trust Paul and his crew because they find whats wrong fix it and get me back on the road at a fair and reasonable price . Plus he doesn't forget about me and my car after I walk out the door. I am really glad I found this place. When you walk in the building everyone is happy and smiling and that includes the customers. more

First time 10/10/2013

I was looking for a good repair shop in the Batavia area and, after reading some reviews, thought I'd give Reliable a shot. I'm glad I did. They got me in promptly, did a professional job servicing my car, had it ready when promised, and at a reasonable price. I'll be taking my other cars there in the future. I highly recommend them. more

1st visit 9/30/2013

Paul was able to get me in on short notice to check out the brakes on my vehicle. There was no charge for the inspection and they looked over more than just the brakes (ie tires, suspension). I asked another customer that was there if she had been coming to Reliable foe a while and she replied that she had been using their services for years and has been very happy with their work. more

I have happily been going to Reliable Auto for my auto repair needs for over 10 years now! Everyone there is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The prices are fair, and they will always, thoroughly, answer any questions or concerns that you may have about your vehicle. Also, something Reliable Auto offers that not a lot of other shops do is a loaner vehicle that you can use while yours in being worked on! more
