Great job. All the work that was quoted was done properly and in a timely manner. No "surprise" issues that took extra time or money. Both my fiance and I were treated with respect through this process. Issues with the car were explained to us I'm terms that we could understand. more

Honest, Quick and Thorough as usual! 1/17/2014

Reliable Auto is such a change of pace from what I am used to. They get repairs and estimate s done quickly and correctly. I never have to wait for them to contact me. I know exactly what is going on with my car at all times. They are very engaged in customer service and it shows. I almost wish my car would break more often so I can continue to have postive experiences with my mechanic. more

They made sure we had a loaner, and told us about the online discount they were offering. They got the repair done to the Toyota rapidly, and in time for us to drive a fair distance. Good job, as usual. more

Professional and honest 12/9/2013

Very pleased with level of professionalism and appreciate the fact that they did not do anything that is not necessary! (Ie.brakes/rotors!)It seems like that's hard to find these days- honest mechanics and reasonably priced and I get my car back quickly! Hurray! The owner Paul is very good and knows his stuff. After a dealer tells me I need brakes and all this and gives me a 900 estimate- I bring car in to find out brakes are fine. All I have to say is, thank u to Reliable Auto and Paul! We will take all our cars here now. more

Other shops could learn a lot from Reliable auto Repair 11/18/2013

I am new in the area and in need of a good mechanic. I was prepared for the worse, got online and look for someone that I don't know to fix my car. On the based of the very good reviews I went to Reliable Auto Repair and just waited for the shark to start he's work. I walked in on Saturday morning and was welcomed by Paul, he was very friendly and just nice guy to talk to. They took the car for free inspection and Paul explained that they will call me let me know what is going on and if I want them to do the work or not. My fear of shark was gone and I got my car back by early afternoon. They did the service that even Toyota was afraid of and I couldn't be more happier about the whole experience at this shop. I can say for the past 15 years this is by far the best experience in the car shop. I would definitely recommend Reliable Auto Repair to everyone. I won't go back to Toyota even for the oil change. All those 5 stars reviews are actually true. more
