First time I went, the experience was well worth the overpriced money I paid. The salon manager was busy but kept me at a steady pace.
Second and last time I went, the stylist took off to get lunch in the middle of my session and overprocessed my hair by at least 20 minutes beyond the normal wash-out time. The suddenly I needed a deep conditioner so she could hide me away under a dryer while she took her next appointment that she was late for. I even fielded walk-in questions while she was at lunch and didn't even get a thank-you. I felt like they should have discounted me ""something"" for the inconvenience of being there over an hour longer than my scheduled appointment time. I won't go back.
