First time I went, the experience was well worth the overpriced money I paid. The salon manager was busy but kept me at a steady pace. Second and last time I went, the stylist took off to get lunch in the middle of my session and overprocessed my hair by at least 20 minutes beyond the normal wash-out time. The suddenly I needed a deep conditioner so she could hide me away under a dryer while she took her next appointment that she was late for. I even fielded walk-in questions while she was at lunch and didn't even get a thank-you. I felt like they should have discounted me ""something"" for the inconvenience of being there over an hour longer than my scheduled appointment time. I won't go back. I was highley recommended to go the Regis by a co-worker to have my hair cut. I know I have somewhat fine hair but the sylist was not able to cut my hair according to the picture that I brought in. I had to literally walk her through the process. With her being a professional you would have thought that she would have been able to give me some recommendations or what styles would suit me better and be easy to style. My hair looks a mess it dosent even look cut. I am very dissapointed with the results. I was looking for a nice spring look but instead i got a disaster. Now I will have to wait until my hair grow out to do anything with it. I am very dissapointed. I will never go to your salon again nor will I recommend anyone. I was out of 40.00 for a disaster haircut. (very sad customer) more
