I was highley recommended to go the Regis by a co-worker to have my hair cut. I know I have somewhat fine hair but the sylist was not able to cut my hair according to the picture that I brought in. I had to literally walk her through the process. With her being a professional you would have thought that she would have been able to give me some recommendations or what styles would suit me better and be easy to style. My hair looks a mess it dosent even look cut. I am very dissapointed with the results. I was looking for a nice spring look but instead i got a disaster. Now I will have to wait until my hair grow out to do anything with it. I am very dissapointed. I will never go to your salon again nor will I recommend anyone. I was out of 40.00 for a disaster haircut. (very sad customer)
