Scammers. Ice Queens and Social Miscreants 10/28/2009

As I was trying to research the management group that Reflection Cove falls under, I came across this website. Let me tell you a little bit about my current struggle with these obnoxious people. I left Reflection Cove in July. it is now end of October... I recived a call today telling me they are sueing me for over four hundred dollars. What? This our first notice of any problems and we're jumping to courtrooms and lawyers? Really? When we told them we don't have four hundred dollars at this very moment, we were informed that there wasn't anything to discuss, see you in court and then HUNG UP ON. What? And here I was living under the illusion that I lived in an adult world... So, I called the office. I spoke with Nikki. She's a little bit of sunshine and rainbows, isn't she? After being informed that I was being charged three hundred dollars for a special sealant they had to use for CRAYON ON THE WALL (I am assuming she is childless - probably due to the fact that men h more

BEWARE 5/20/2009

The new management is terrible ... I have lived in the apartment for 3 years ...never had an issue with the old managemnet ...since the time the new management took over the maintaince has been bad ,the staff is very rude and will not listen to your concerns . We decided to move out . It is a pain to even move out of the apartment . You will not get your deposit back and also the staff will not communicate well to you .They agree on something and would then back out . And at the same time be rude .They have no sense of customer service..STAY AWAY if you want to have no hazzels . Pros: Location Cons: Management more

it's not that bad... 12/15/2008

The rent is expensive but we have a 2 bedroom with a den facing the pretty lake. I will say that the windows have proven to be very drafty....we insulated them ourselves now that it's getting cold. We have a major spider problem. They did offer to spray our apt but refused because we have a newborn baby and I didn't agree with the combination. This morning our heat isn't working though; I called the 24 emergency line and hopefully will be getting a call back soon. We...knock, knock, knock.... holy smokes they are here in a matter of minutes. That's great! Note to self: don't store plastic bags near heater....it was our fault the heater wasn't working because it sucked up all the bags. Opps!\r And just to warn you...there's no breaking lease. We were going to buy a house but when we found out you can't break the lease in any negogiatable way, we said screw it! Besides we really like this place, the management is nice enough. The grounds are kept very clean and they are prompt more

I can't believe these reviews. I lived in Reflection Cove 3 years ago and loved it. I was even recommending this a friend who is moving to the area. All I can assume is that there is new management. \r \r I lived there for 1 year while looking for a home in the area. We had excellent service - deck paint peeling - out the next day to repaint - ant problems - it was because our neighbors left their trash by the door - they were fined. I saw the note on the door. We got every last penny of our deposit back. \r \r Is this under new management? If so, I may not make a recommendation to a friend. more

Best Apartment Complex in Town! 5/21/2008

After searching for over a year for a suitable apartment for my mother and me, we had just about given up! We wanted something attractive, bright, lots of windows, clean, beautiful grounds, large rooms, and ""dog friendly"". All of the other apartment complexes were dark, dreary, small and depressing just to look through. We couldn't picture ourselves living every day in ""dungeon-like"" surroundings. And we didn't want to spend a small fortune on rent either. We were also looking for a West County location, since that's where we've lived for 30+ years. Pros: The grounds, spacious apartments, garages/carports available, lakes, staff Cons: Water drains from homes above one side of complex into the parking lot. But, it will be fixed. more

Don't be fooled 4/27/2007

Don't trust Jay K.'s reviews. If you noticed he wrote reviews for multiple apartments run by the same company... Could Jay be a management employee? \r \r This place reminds me of universal studios. It is a bunch of fake fronts with nothing behind the doors. The complex paints, washes and cleans the pathways that they use to show apartments, but ignores the rest of the place. Our furnace has mini-explosions every other time we turn it on and the maintenance says that's normal. The wood on the balcony railing is rotting and the paint is pealing. Outdoor lighting bulbs are burnt and after 4 complaints I gave up. 1/2 the year the lights are turned on and off at the wrong time because the crew does not understand day light savings time, expect to come home or leave your apartment in the dark. The apartment advertises stocked ponds, but really should advertise mosquito farms. Worse of all, the longer you live here the more you pay. I was astonished that new tenets pay far less than more

Horrible Place to live 4/26/2007

DO NOT live here. The management is worthless. There is new office staff every few months because the good staff can not stand to work here. We have had a leaky roof for 3 years. The paint is peeling off the balcony walls, and we constantly have ant problems. The place is pet friendly, but don't walk in the grass. No one ever picks up after their pet. On the good side, the apartment is safe. Just take my advise don't live here. more

Great place to stay 11/29/2005

Reflection Cove Apartments are probably one of the best apartment complexes to stay in at West County. The management here is wonderful and do take care of the place. The units are well maintained and the location is awesome. Rent is not the lowest but pretty reasonable for what the place offers. more
