The rent is expensive but we have a 2 bedroom with a den facing the pretty lake. I will say that the windows have proven to be very drafty....we insulated them ourselves now that it's getting cold. We have a major spider problem. They did offer to spray our apt but refused because we have a newborn baby and I didn't agree with the combination. This morning our heat isn't working though; I called the 24 emergency line and hopefully will be getting a call back soon. We...knock, knock, knock.... holy smokes they are here in a matter of minutes. That's great! Note to self: don't store plastic bags near heater....it was our fault the heater wasn't working because it sucked up all the bags. Opps!\r
And just to warn you...there's no breaking lease. We were going to buy a house but when we found out you can't break the lease in any negogiatable way, we said screw it! Besides we really like this place, the management is nice enough. The grounds are kept very clean and they are prompt
