Don't trust Jay K.'s reviews. If you noticed he wrote reviews for multiple apartments run by the same company... Could Jay be a management employee? \r \r This place reminds me of universal studios. It is a bunch of fake fronts with nothing behind the doors. The complex paints, washes and cleans the pathways that they use to show apartments, but ignores the rest of the place. Our furnace has mini-explosions every other time we turn it on and the maintenance says that's normal. The wood on the balcony railing is rotting and the paint is pealing. Outdoor lighting bulbs are burnt and after 4 complaints I gave up. 1/2 the year the lights are turned on and off at the wrong time because the crew does not understand day light savings time, expect to come home or leave your apartment in the dark. The apartment advertises stocked ponds, but really should advertise mosquito farms. Worse of all, the longer you live here the more you pay. I was astonished that new tenets pay far less than
