I was so fortunate to have found Refine and Deb for my laser treatment in 2006. It was simply a delightful service -- great result, affordable, and very flexible appointment times...

Worst

The WCCO report did not say that all doctors should be performing laser hair removal, just as you would not go to whomever to have any type of cosmetic procedure. It would be fool...

I'm Happy! 4/20/2006

REFINE is located in a very convenient spot for me - which is always nice! The sparkling new offices are beautiful (suggestion: the room I was in for service could be ""warmed up"" a little bit!) These new business owners are excited and it shows! Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I didn't rate the hair removal (yet) since I had only one appointment - but - from what I learned during the initial consultation and appointment is that I should have very successful hair removal! I'm glad I (finally) made the decision to get this procedure done and very happy with my choice of who will do the work! Best wishes ladies! Pros: Friendly, Punctual, Good parking Cons: None! more

Impressive!! 4/17/2006

I went to Refine thinking that it would be convenient for me to go there on my way home from work. After checking it out and loving the way that Jan explained absolutely everything before she did anything, I was convinced that there couldn't be a better place to go for laser hair removal. They weren't kidding when they said that they love to educate people to take away all and any misconceptions that you might have in your mind about laser hair removal and/or electrolysis. The place is brand new and Jan and Deb are so friendly and easy to get along with, you want to come back for any kind of therapy. I would and will recommend this place to all my friends! Pros: knowledgeable, friendly, awesome more
