REFINE is located in a very convenient spot for me - which is always nice! The sparkling new offices are beautiful (suggestion: the room I was in for service could be ""warmed up"" a little bit!) These new business owners are excited and it shows! Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I didn't rate the hair removal (yet) since I had only one appointment - but - from what I learned during the initial consultation and appointment is that I should have very successful hair removal! I'm glad I (finally) made the decision to get this procedure done and very happy with my choice of who will do the work! Best wishes ladies!
