I was so fortunate to have found Refine and Deb for my laser treatment in 2006. It was simply a delightful service -- great result, affordable, and very flexible appointment times. Though now (2012) I live in another side of the city, I still chose to return to Refine for my touch up treatments. I am a happy customer.
