It's kind of stupid to give a restaurant one star because a waiter ACCIDENTALLY spilled something on you. Hair in drink? Okay, it happens, accident again. You got a new drink. Did you want a gold star and a cookie too? Accidents happen and you wouldn't be so quick to judge if you'd actually waited a table even once in your life. An apology is really all that can be done in that case, and I bet your meal was comped too. What more do you want, payment in blood? People are ridiculous. I bet they didn't complain about your obnoxious kids and the fact that you obviously have no concept of class or grace, but I'm willing to bet they didn't say anything. Anyway the food is good and the service is good. It's just a good family burger place. If you're looking for a place where you can't blame anyone else for accidents, stay home. more

Our first visit to Red Robin Restaurant will definitely be our last! My family of four and I sat down and ordered our drinks and meals. Once the drinks came, my daughter noticed that there was a hair on the rim of my glass, stuck in the salt (yes, it was a margarita!). So, I returned the drink, and asked for another. When bringing my replacement drink, the waiter dropped his entire tray full of drinks and the glasses hit our table top and drink and GLASS went all over my son! The waiter was apologetic, as was the manager...but that's it! My husband took my son to the restroom and shook out the glass from his clothes. He was cut on the forehead, and the forearm. The waiter and manager were informed. When our bill came, there was no adjustment whatsoever. Nice customer service, huh? more
