Razz Limo

By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We had a ""Limo party bus"" booked for a trip downtown to the Tigers game. The driver showed up 15 minutes LATE with a ""luxury coach"" which had no working air conditioning. I called and spoke directly with the owner Sam. He claimed that it was the busiest night of the year and there was nothing he could do to get us another mode of transportation. I asked if there was anything he could do to compensate us, and right away he responded with ""I'll have the driver leave all of you at your house right now and give you your $100 dollar deposit back."" Not quite the way I would expect someone in customer service to respond when you pay the amount of money we did for a limo. \r \r Our driver was quite rude, and had to be told how to get from Westland to Comerica park. After the game we were picked up by a trolley that had only one out of three air conditioners working (I guess that is better than it was then on the way there, but come on). We told Sam several times that we did not want anything with forward facing seats, and he sends a trolley that had forward facing, hard seats made of wood and cast iron. Driver picked us up on time, and even gave us a free extra hour. Limo was stocked with ice, glasses, and bottles of water. Pros: best price and well worth the money more

I heard this place is going out of bussiness and i couldnt be happier. They deserve it. They almost ruined my wedding. We went in sat down with the guy and picked out a brand new White H2 Limo. All they had were pictures to show us of the limo being built and we would be one of the first people to use it. Well the day of our wedding some POS H2 from another company showed up and guess what....no power to back of the limo which meant no A/C, no lights, no power windows with 85 degree heat and guys in tuxedos this was not an option 2 1/2 hours and several angry phone calls later someone from A-1 Limo showed up and saved us. Go to A-1 Limo in Westland if you need a limo please skip over these crooks no matter how good of a deal you "think" youre getting. You get what you pay for. these guys are all a bunch of crackhead losers with some janky operation and hopefully the rest of their Limos get repo'd. I had read some of the reviews of this place and thought I'll go with them anyway...what are the chance they'll screw me over? very good apprently. Pros: nothing Cons: yes they are!!! more

This is not even a business. It is a couple of rich kids that have been handed this company by mommy and daddy and do not maintain or car about their vehicles or clients. We rented a limo for a 40th b-day party on an 87 degree day and the first limo did not have any air at all! Exchanged for a bigger limo that had air for the driver and he was getting paid. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy! I called and complained and they used the words "Whatever". No apologies at all. The drivers do not know anything as well. I hope this company goes into the ground to save everybody money and grief. Pros: NONE! Cons: That it still exists. more

For my 19th birthday we decided to get a limo to go over to Canada. The limo was to arrive at 9:30 and arrived about 10 minutes late which was not really a big deal. When we asked the driver about how things would work going over the border he was completely clueless of those arrangements. They then tried to convince us to go out to Royal Oak instead because the driver was unable to cross the border. About an hour later arrangements we finally made to meet up with another driver at the tunnel. Instead of going with the original plans we met up at Chelis Chili Bar right in the middle of downtown during the Hoedown and Tigers game. It took us about another hour just to get to the tunnel after the switch. We got to Canada at about 12:45 which by the time we got into the club we only had an hour left. Very disappointing! On the way home we noticed the driver did NOT take the freeway, instead took back roads which in turn caused us to be a half hour late. The driver informed us that we would be charged. Sam ended up calling me the next day and was EXTREMELY rude to me and kept talking over me and cutting me off. He told me that we were an hour late and I was being charged. He then yelled at me and asked me if I was going to pay and I told him no and he told me that he was going to take other reprecautions to get his money and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!! Pros: Nice Limo Cons: Service more

You will get ripped off and treated like junk. Both Sam and Paul are unprofessional and do not care about their customers you are treated like just another sale. The limo I paid for and sat in was not the limo that picked me up on my wedding day. It was a disaster the limo was horribale the driver was rude and 30 minutes late . When I had called Paul the next day to complain he offered me nothing no explanation but there must have been a mix up. This was my wedding dat are you kidding me....they are crooks and I would not trust them for anything!!!!! Pros: NONE Cons: YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR more

Well my sister and I went to Razzo Limo because they had a F350 Limo it was big and it could fit alot of people very nice! They said they would match a competator price at 600 dollars. So the night of my sisters birthday about 20 people met at two different places to get picked up. So nobody would have to drink and drive. The limo driver showed up 20 minutes late in a 97 Hummer. The radio was broke the windows didnt roll down and there were burn holes everywhere but he told us we couldnt smoke. He dropped us at the bar and later when it was time to go we stood outside for about 20 minutes. He was nowhere to be found. Then on our way home he missed our exit and went way out of the way. My sisters friend told him we are paying no overages. He was very rude the whole time. Then when we finally got to my sisters apartment he kicked everyone out there. So there went our whole point of a limo so nobody would drink and drive. So everyone had to call rides at 3:00 in the morning. They will not reimburse me. I should have known something was not right when i walked in and they couldnt show me no limos just pictures. It is also not to professional for two people to be sleeping in the office, door wide open. One sleeping at the desk and another on a couch in there. The night was just embrassing. Pros: none at all thats sad Cons: rude driver, broke down limo, delays all night, ruined my birthday, dropped everyone off at a two bedroom apartment, paid 600 dollars for a bunch of nonsense!!! more
