By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We had a ""Limo party bus"" booked for a trip downtown to the Tigers game. The driver showed up 15 minutes LATE with a ""luxury coach"" which had no working air conditioning. I called and spoke directly with the owner Sam. He claimed that it was the busiest night of the year and there was nothing he could do to get us another mode of transportation. I asked if there was anything he could do to compensate us, and right away he responded with ""I'll have the driver leave all of you at your house right now and give you your $100 dollar deposit back."" Not quite the way I would expect someone in customer service to respond when you pay the amount of money we did for a limo. \r

Our driver was quite rude, and had to be told how to get from Westland to Comerica park. After the game we were picked up by a trolley that had only one out of three air conditioners working (I guess that is better than it was then on the way there, but come on). We told Sam several times that we did not want anything with forward facing seats, and he sends a trolley that had forward facing, hard seats made of wood and cast iron. Oh and our seats were complimented nicely with no working radio. \r
