Don't order from Raymour and Flanigan 1/20/2012

They have lied throughout the whole ordering experience. When we ordered two love seats we were given a firm delivery date of six weeks. When we asked a week before that date we were told a totally different story and promised calls back which never happened. When I FINALLY got the manager to call me back he said it was going to be another week and I told him to keep the love seats we will go elsewhere. With their promise we gave away our sofas and cleared out our beloved den, which is now bare thanks to them. Take your business where you can feel they are trustworthy NOT Raymour and Flanigan! more

Customer service at its worst 5/6/2006

We bought a dining room set. It was delivered and was in horrible repair. Their service tech couldn't repair it. I got a new set delivered again it as damaged! The regional manager is rude in dealing with the problem and offers little solutions. She does't pay mind to the fact that they have been to my house 4 times and it isn't right yet, it should have been right the first time. Pros: location, selection Cons: customer service more
