We bought a dining room set. It was delivered and was in horrible repair. Their service tech couldn't repair it. I got a new set delivered again it as damaged! The regional manager is rude in dealing with the problem and offers little solutions. She does't pay mind to the fact that they have been to my house 4 times and it isn't right yet, it should have been right the first time.
