They have lied throughout the whole ordering experience.
When we ordered two love seats we were given a firm delivery date of six weeks. When we asked a week before that date we were told a totally different story and promised calls back which never happened.
When I FINALLY got the manager to call me back he said it was going to be another week and I told him to keep the love seats we will go elsewhere.
With their promise we gave away our sofas and cleared out our beloved den, which is now bare thanks to them.
Take your business where you can feel they are trustworthy NOT Raymour and Flanigan!
