Always gives me excellent and prompt service. Also, has saved me money by their excellent advise. I am fully satisfied with the company.

Worst

I haven't used their service and it may be awesome, BUT the number is disconnected and Google Maps shows the address as being an apartment in a complex.

Very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure - no sales gimmicks. Technicians/repairmen are salaried (recommendations not driven by commissions!). Fair, competitive pricing. Available weekends, which is nice. more

Brian Craft is an unlicensed scam artist 4/26/2011

I have been scammed by Brian Craft, a.k.a. Air Design. Brian Craft responded quickly when my a/c was on the fritz. He installed a brand new a/c system at my home in July 2009. Multiple problems, leaks, and code violations have been discovered since. In addition, he led me to believe he was selling me a system eligible for the federal tax credit yet would never provide any paperwork (the system did NOT qualify). He stopped answering calls and emails when I pressed him for information. His website has apparently been deactivated. He is an unlicensed scam artist and I will be speaking to the eyewitness news troubleshooter and taking legal action. I welcome you to join me if you have also been taken by this thief. By the way, check out the profiles on the reviews posted below on 2/16-- each and every user has also posted similar reviews on multiple businesses across the country. I am sure this is part of some kind of web marketing sham to make Air Design look legit. How sad. more

Run from this company. Check out the reviews about this company at their website. This company has a BBB rating of F- and several bad reviews. Most reviews in October are written on the same day by the same people. This company has several legal actions against them. more

Raleigh Air Design responded very quickly. You arrived at the house within about an hour of my call. You found and fixed the problem in a very efficient and highly professional manner. I was very impressed by your work and happily surprised by your very low charge for this repair. You not only saved me a great deal of time and frustrating phone calls, you also saved me a large sum of money more
