The hotel I stayed at the first part of my work trip in Detroit was sub par, so I decided to make sure I stayed in a better hotel for the Grand Rapids portion. This was perfect. It was a little more $$ a night and there isn't free breakfast, but this Radisson is a great place for a business tripper. Comfy sleep number bed, enough space, good restaurant downstairs, fitness center, and a view of the river. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to fax things to my LA office each night, and answered any questions I had. The only complaint I can think of is that the equipment in the fitness center is from the mid 80s...but for 1 or 2 quick trips just to get in a quick sweat they'll do. Would definitely stay here again when in GR! more

Great staff, great food other than breakfast. Breakfast very so so. Staff in the entire hotel is awesome. Very helpful and very nice. Bar area has a great feel and service is great, Would be nice if food was available later at night. Some sort of breafast food served all day. more

Extremely comfortable 3/4/2011

Our stay at the Radisson was very nice. The beds were new ""sleep number"" mattresses, extremely comfortable. We needed to use the soaps, shampoos and found then to be ample in size and a nice quality. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet which was very nice and a full menu. We tried a frittata off of the menu and really enjoyed it. more

Easy, comfortable 2/28/2011

Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable rooms. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Sleep Number Bed was fun and enjoyable to play around with. Great hotel for the Grand Rapids area. more

This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. We stayed at this hotel because of a great deal we received through a website. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean with all the little extras of shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. Room service was good; food was at the right temperature and the waitresses were friendly. The restaurant had some wonderful food for supper. The hotel itself is a little old but we loved the spaciousness of the room. Overall it was a positive experience. more

The staff were friendly, the food and service impressive, and they have free WIFI. We didn't use the pool/spa but a lot of others did. They have a bar/lounge (The Landing) and the live band (Glass House) was super. We Will go again. more

The hotel is close to everything and it's pet friendly for a very low price. It has a very nice restaraunt and great specials, ( happy hour, etc.). We would stay again more
