I have been working with RG Group for 3 years, and my company has been using them for about 5 years. So far everything has gone really well. Randy, my sales contact, stays on top of things. He provides what we need. Al in all, RG has done quite well for us. They have been able to meet all the requirements that we had. more

Very good experience purchasing pneumatics. 3/2/2010

I had purchased linear transducers from Van-Air & Hydraulics in the past and wanted to buy some pneumatics for an air-powered turbine. I had had a bad experience with another company, so I decided to use Van-Air. They were very responsive. This was my first time purchasing pneumatics from them and it was a good experience. First-class service. 2/2/2010

I have used Powertech for multiple jobs over the last 3 years, since I became supervisor of my area. The tech I deal with, Steve, is very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition to using them all of the time, I have recommended Powertech to other people I deal with that make test equipment for me. These people have used other hydraulic companies, and I tell them to call Steve at Powertech if they need anything hydraulic...he does excellent work. Richard Doherty more

Very professional, we could not ask for anything more... 1/22/2010

I work in tech support, so when I contact RG Group, I am trying to get information for our customers, to see if certain components are available. I call RG Group with specific questions that we have about the components, and they are always good about providing us with information in a timely manner. We could not ask for anything more as far as their service goes. RG Group is the only game in town for the specific components that we need for our product. They have always been very professional, and I have no complaints with them. more

We use Van Air almost as an exclusive supplier for hydraulics and they have been very good to us over the years. I started working with them about 30 years ago because they were convenient, very service-oriented, and we had a great relationship with the owners. They are good people, honest and straightforward. They are willing to work with our design guys and, if something is not going to work one way, they come up with alternatives to help us finalize a piece of equipment. Problem getting Parker fittings. 12/14/2009

We purchase Parker fittings through RG Group and have had some issues in terms of inventory not being available and there being a long lead time. Also, a couple of times, we received the wrong parts. However, I think that the problem is not RG Group as much as it is within Parker. RESPONSE FROM RG Group: The RG Group is working to minimize errors in shipping in regards to direct ships from Parker. more

I started using RG Group about 2 years ago because they were one of the vendors in my area that carried Parker products. Their product line is good, as are the people I work with in their customer service department. Their prices are average. I continue to use RG Group because of their quality customer service and good product line. more

Knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. 11/4/2009

Powertech has been a vendor of ours for a number of years because of their overall product knowledge. They are familiar with our product, they know what we need, and they are willing to guide us in the right direction if we have any questions. We continue to use Powertech because they are professional and helpful. They have a hands-on approach and are in constant contact with us, quick to respond to our needs. Best service level and price for the product. 9/28/2009

Our company had bought from Van-Air in the past and, when I came on, I inherited them as a supplier. I did look into other suppliers but decided to stay with Van-Air because they offered the best service level and price for the product. I have been buying from Van-Air for about 5 or 6 years now. My experience with them has been outstanding. They acknowledge orders the same day that I send them and they respond to inquiries the same day that I ask for the information about a product. I have been using Powertech for years and have always had good service from them. They are very helpful and they stand by everything that they do. We order hydraulic motors and replacement parts from them, among other products. We also have them make things, such as a winch system, for us. They provide great field-service help. Convenient, using them for more than 6 years. 9/1/2009

We have been using RG Group for more than 6 years because they are conveniently located along Route 28. We use them all of the time when we need something right away. Their prices are average compared to other companies. Recently, they have not had some of the fittings we needed because, if the inventory does not move off of their shelves in a year, they return it. I have called to talk to the VP about leaving the inventory there but have not heard back yet. Otherwise, we have not had any problems with RG Group. Jerry Krom more

Great customer service, very helpful and easy to work with. 8/4/2009

Working with RG Group has been great because of their customer service. They are readily accessible and conveniently located near us, so we get items quickly if they have them in stock. We have been using RG Group as one of our distributors for many years. I have been working with them for about 10 years. Van-Air is one of the distributors in our area of a particular product that we use. We have been using them for quite a while now, about 10 years or so. We started using Van-Air because we knew that they worked with this one manufacturer, whom we have been dealing with through them. We get a fairly quick response from Van-Air when an order is placed. Knowledgeable and reliable. 6/30/2009

We have been a customer of Van-Air for a long time, about 8 or 9 years. We started buying from them because the previous vendor we were using discontinued a line of hydraulic parts that we needed and Van-Air picked it up. We have continued to use Van-Air because of the people on their team. They proved their worth to us. They are always willing to help you and they keep their promises.
