Quang Restaurant

Food?s great! Unfortunately, they've had very, VERY POOR customer services for awhile now. I go to check them out once in a blue moon hoping for improvement but it hasn't happened yet. Quang's is a family owned restaurant. Perhaps the workers there are family members who are overly exhausted. They need to hire non-family members as workers, especially in the front register area!-It's a nightmare there! I'm disappointed to say that Quang's is never a first option for me. Quang?s, although your food is tasteful, business will become distasteful if you don?t get new and better management in there soon! For the sake of your family business, I hope you will consider all the current comments here. more

The people up front are rude. especially that dumb annoying young lady. She looks like a bitch every time i go there. The kind of old man is quite rude himself. They don't talk to you they just perhaps...want your effin money! No ""thank you"", no ""how are you"". BUT! im Asian, so when they see white folks....they are two faced mother fuuckers! They hate seeing other Asians..the way i see it. BUT on top of all of that, the waiters and waitress are extremely nice and they do their job! Food is great. Just be aware when it's time to go pay up front! more

The owners of this place is extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. I have been a great fan of Quang for a very long time---probably almost 10 years. Last week, I went for lunch with my husband, my older sister, and my brother in-law for special Quang lunch...but what we experience was good food and exceptional rude out the door service. After paying for our good meal---and even ordered to go also, we asked for extra sauce but was practically ignored. We I said ignored, they knew we were there asking them for something, they just ignored and did something else. What kind of people treat paying customers that way? After a while when they ""acknowledged"" our existence, they were so rude when we ask for extra sauce. did you know they charge 50 cents for any additional sauce...wow, they are definitely one of the worse cases of greedy pigs I have ever seen in my life. Especially when your business is going so great...is that maybe why they treat their customers like dirt? I am now a FOREVER NO QUANG customer for the rest of my life. RUDE-DEGRADING-DISRESPECTFUL is the 3 words I can come up with for these people. more

We come to Quang often. We definitely don't come for service or ambiance, but the food is great and very consistent and cheap. 2 of us eat for $20- an ap, 2 entrees, drinks. For the price this can't be beat. more

I have been going to Quang maybe twice a week for the past 12 years. Every time I go in there I get the same great food. The service is not the best, but this is not the kind of place that you expect great service. Who needs great service when you food is out in five minutes. I recently lost weight, but since I am still watching it, I maintain my weight by going here, my recent choice of restaurant for dining out. I always get the salads - it is very filling and light. The Grilled Shrimp Salad is the bomb! The soups and dinners are good, too. Always excellent service, no matter how crowded it is. more

First of all i jst want to say, thank you. thank you for creating such wonderful food, called ""pho."" my friends and I gets together because of this amazing food/soup called pho. the taste is delicious and the taste is amazing, how the soup goes down ur throat with warm, soothing, and a lil bit wild spiciness taste. yum! everytime we go there, i always tell my friends that maybe ill order somthing new today. but NO! i end up ordering pho instead. i jst cnt get enuf of it. we love pho so much that we are making a tradition eating pho every sunday.... also everyone was so nice.... 503, plz!!!!!! and my friend here will order 310!!! lol Pros: foods great, everyones friendly, service is fast Cons: bigger parking lot more

We've been to Quang's a half dozen times since discovering it last year and there's still a million things on the menu I'm dying to try. I always take food home with their huge portions, but the bill is never big. It's got everything I like in a restaurant: lots of interesting food with an interesting clientele and cheap prices. more

We went there on a Saturday afternoon (3:30ish), and the place was rather busy, even for that off time. It took a while for our waitress to come and take our orders, but not so long that I felt ignored. Our food arrived very quickly and was very good. Our waitress was good about checking on us. They didn't have all that much selection for vegetarians, but what I got was tasty and satisfying. The prices are very reasonable as well. Pros: food out promptly, reasonably priced Cons: not many vegetarian choices more

Food was okay, but be careful when you check out and ready to pay your bill. We got cheated several times by their cashiers. They never break down the bill and often over charge from the menu price list. Always double check with your order and ask for a receipt. more

When entering Quang you automatically get blown away by a big stinky wave of fish sauce aroma. This scent unfortunately permeates throughout the whole restaurant. Not appetizing at all. When I finally got seated, the booth was all sticky and the table condiments and silverware were filthy. Not to mention the floor had food all over it. Our waitress said about a total of 2 words to us the whole time we ate and never came to check on us during the meal. On a good note, the food came out super quick. Food was the right proportion and had flavor although was not as authentic as people rave about. I love treating my self and some friends to a fun time at Quang. You get delicious food fast along with super friendly service. During the Lunch and dinner rushes, its so crazy how extremly busy they are. Unlike, most other restaurants, I've notice Quang doesn't have food runners. The servers there seem over worked during the rushes so I tend to cut them some slack during these hectic times. For some reason Quang seems like the most friendly vietnamese restaurant in the whole state! And Don't forget! mmmh! Sea bass soup is the best noodle soup ever! The pork chop rice platter served over broken rice is just scrumptious! With my many pleasant trip to Quang, I learned that the bubble teas are not made of powder its actual flavored teas and milk. I lov Quang's Food and their service! I actually have two fav servers there, one is a guy that always wears college baseball hats. He's really funny and Super Quick! and the other one is a petite girl that's jammed pack with a friendly personality, U really can't miss that CUTE SMILE! (Even if U can't see her eyes hehe. Although she seems a little crabby during the rushes with Some OF THE OTHER OVERLY DEMANDING CUSTOMERS) Other than that she is speedy and nice! Food is good but the man working the register is pathetic. Either he's working to quickly w/his fingers or he's trying to make a quick buck off you. I've been to this place many times before and will leave overpaying $5-$10.00. The staff likes to add additional charges especially if you have a large group. After reviewing my receipt, calculating taxes and gratuity during my last visit, I found that I had overpayed $11.00 and some odd change. Even w/a 20% tip, I couldn't figure out what the additional charge was for. So I went back inside to ask and the man apologized and gave me back the amount in question w/out even looking over my receipt BUSTED. That is just too pathetic.
