He called us on the way, so that when he arrived he had everything he needed to completely repair our door.. I am always suspicious of all glowing reviews. But these are not shills. Prospect Height Alarm are awesome. I called, set up an appointment and tech showed up and changed the locks quickly. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Unless your neighbor is a free locksmith, call the Prospect Height Alarm more

Great Service 1/7/2013

'I ve seen my fair share of shady locksmith operations and shoddy workmanship. Many of the previous guys take forever to do the work and then charges you prices that made you wish they asked for your first born instead. Brian provides fair prices and excellent work. Prospect Height Alarm is the gold standard from which I compare all others from here on out. more

We had a bit of emergency situation and Prospect Height Alarm was able to squeeze us in on a busy day. Work was done quickly, professionally, and at a good fair price. I don't think I'll be calling anybody else for locks! more

Deserve 5 star 12/8/2012

Yep - seems to be 5 stars all around. Had Prospect Height Alarm out today to re key a condo mailbox and tech was fast and very reasonable. He even tweaked a rough lock to my front door and had it perfectly smooth in a minute. Thanks more
