Civil Servant struck the nail on the head, the climate at project home is very abrasive and they treat you like garbage! One time an employee quickly became frustrated with me because I wanted to know why my landlord was not being paid on time. I'm sorry she became upset, but it's their job to be competent. When I was leaving she said “that’s why I don't help you”, presumably she didn’t care for my demeanor. Ironically, I did not use profanity and I don't think I was unreasonable that day, but the bigger point is that she was acting like she was doing me a favor! She shouldn’t have to like me in order to help me, she should do it because IT’S HER JOB. \r

In addition to the poor service, there is absolutely no oversight at this place, no grievance policy to hold them accountable when they screw up and no client’s manual to let you know what to expect policy wise. They are only open 4 hours a day and sometimes take extra days off without so much as a day's notice. If you request fifty bucks, they might only give you twenty five for some ungodly reason, even if you have several thousand dollars in your account!!!\r

As for the positive review, you can clearly tell from the rhetoric that the writer was someone who works there, most likely the manager who has a penchant for yelling at clients which I’ve witnessed her do on several occasions. Every person I’ve ever spoken to has had no shortage of horror stories, from having their money sent to the wrong place to being kicked out in the hot Arizona sun for simply having the courage to ask to see the manager. If you are forced to do business with this establishment because you don't have a personal payee available, I advise you to disolve the relationship at your soonest conveniance. They know their clients have no viable alternatives and so they have no desire to exhibit any degree of customer serice. DO NOT DEAL WITH PROJECT HOME IF YOU CAN HELP IT.\r
Pros: It is like the bank from hell
