Some of the WORST Customer Service on the Planet!! 3/29/2012

My husband has been staying in the resorts as it is the closest hotel chains to the job that he's working. Getting through to the hotel is a nightmare in and of itself..this is only about the customer service as I haven't stayed there myself. In order to reach a guest, you must give the room number, which resort they are in and the name of the registered guest. I have decided that they aren't choosing Einsteins by any stretch for this job. I am constantly being transferred to the wrong room, cut off in the transfer or told that the guest (my husband) isn't registered (good for a giggle followed by profanities). And, if that weren't enough, when I get transferred to the wrong room, I call back and it rings, and rings, and rings....and....rings. I'll tell you this...if I were in charge of the customer service there, heads would roll. How on earth is it that this place is always packed when the people who work there couldn't be any meaner? Are they paid to be extra mean??? WTH???? more

No Customer Service At All!!!! 9/11/2010

So disappointed!!! Drove down from Henderson to ride the rides (bought our all-day ride wristbands for $60) and 45 minutes later the power went out. Luckily we weren't on the roller coaster at that time (as some people were who were stuck up there!) I spent one hour trying to track down a manager who had the authority to give me a partial refund or at least a pass for the following weekend. The basic answer was: ""I can't help you."" ""It's out of my control."" ""Not my problem."" Rude employees and no customer service skills at all. The security guard at the desk was the absolute worst - I actually saw him push a drunk customer into an altercation about no air conditioning in the guy's room. Then we found out the power just went out two weeks prior, so this is a common occurence with the attractions area - then why don't they have a plan or policy in place for helping the customers!!! I was so disgusted and my son was extremely disappointed. more

Buffet--Poo on a Plate 2/16/2009

This too is for the buffet only. We took a chance at this little place in Primm and it's was absolutely the worst. Bland everything....except the mashed potatoes.....and spuds alone do not make up for what otherwise was a bottom of the barrel dining experience. On the road? Wait to eat. Eat in Baker, CA at the Mad Greek, or wait till you get to Vegas, and if you want a cheap bufftet that is a good suprise for the price try Main Street Station on Main and Fremont St. more

Don't Do It!!! 12/1/2008

Primm Valley is now known as Terrible's Primm Valley Resorts. This review refers to the Green's Buffet only. Usually going to a buffet is just asking for trouble, but we have been to some very superior ones in Las Vegas. This is why I wasn't expecting much at stateline. We were however expecting the food to be edible. After being stuck behind the wost I-15 traffic I've ever seen we decided to stop after not having eaten all day. I asked my husband, ""What could they possibly do to a salad?"" He said. ""I'm not sure, but I have never eaten a tough olive before."" It went down hill from there.\r \r The menu included many things that I could not immediately identify. These were: Shrimp McNuggets?, fatty pork chops in a reddish sauce, turkey pucks in a yellowish sauce, hamburger shingles and spackle potatoes. The gravy scared me. There was also a macaroni and cheese that looked like a combination of cheap boxed and school mac & cheese that had been left out in the rain, reconstituted and left in the afternoon sun.\r \r I thought the cakes were dried out until I poked at the jello. It poked back. Pros: It was there Cons: it was there more
