I had to turn in my Sister's car because she had died and I lived out of state. She paid over 19,000 for the car in January 2014 paid down 7,000.00 took out loan for the rest, she died this August , having kept all payments current and I had to pay 1700.00 + . They only gave me 8,500.00 for a car they sold her in January of the same year for 19,000.00 Did I get taken???Yes. more

I highly recommend this dealership. I have test driven at this location about 5 years ago, and they have since seemed to have gone through some restructuring for the better. I have recently had less than satisfactory interactions with staff from other dealerships in the area, and I assure you that being helped by the current staff here was a sigh of relief. I arrived at the dealership one evening in the middle of the week and began looking at their selection of 2012 Altimas. When I requested assistance from a staff member that was walking toward me from another part of the lot, he promptly came over to me and the two people that I was accompanied by and introduced himself as John Choi. Despite the chill outside and though it was clear that I was not ready to negotiate yet, he was very patient and interested in addressing all of the questions I had left from my prior research on the 2012 Altima (S), down to every detail of the car. Over the course of the next few days, he followed up with me and we agreed to meet on the weekend to further our discussion and go for a test drive. Our meeting was very successful in may ways: the test drive went great and I decided on a particular car on the lot. John's personability, professionalism and courtesy helped our interaction go smoothly and I felt comfortable during negotiation. Again, he was very patient while going through the decision making process and I felt that he was straightforward and detail-oriented while we were exploring my financing options. To add an extra level of greatness to our service, the finance manager, Karnail Ram was also very friendly, professional and helpful. I ended up leaving the dealership very satisfied with the price of the car and with the warranty and maintenance packages. I have not yet taken advantage of my maintenance package on the car, but thus far I can attest that the team that assisted me in my purchase from Premier Nissan provided the kind of outstanding service that left a lasting impression. more

Good: Christiana Moreno was my Internet Sales Manager I liked the fact that she was friendly, not pushy and truly felt like she had my best interest in mind.. Bad: It took a while to finally get seen by finance, but what did I expect on a busy afternoon.. Improvements: Maybe a few more finance people so that the wait time isnt as long. I recently purchased a pre-owned Altima. John Choi of Premier Nissan of San Jose contacted me based on the internet pre-approval application I submitted. He was very pleasant and kept me in the loop trough various emails and phone calls. He didn’t have much to work with since my trade in wasn’t worth much and I had very little cash to add to deposit I told upfront what I could do cash wise and monthly payment I would be comfortable with. John’s professionalism and patience were outstanding. He explained everything very well and walked me through every step. Explained to me the way my trade in value was considered. I understood from John exactly what was going to happens once I the Finance person. I already knew the exact car I wanted as long as it was still on their lot and emailed John the number one pick from their website. Lucky for me it was there and the he walked me immediately over and I was sold. Once all the finale financial paper work had been completed John demonstrated all the loaded features in the car such as Navigation system and the keyless start. John as well as the few others staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, understanding patient and excellent customer service. The entire experience was one of the best car purchases I have had in a long time. After shopping several dealerships on the Internet and visiting a few in the past, I went in and bought a Rogue about a year ago from Premier, SJ - they are honest, offer great service - both during the sale, and afterwards for oil changes, etc.. Now my daughter is driving, and we went back to see Tony Melendez and got her a Versa that she loves. Great job, Premier! more

I went in to speak with Al to learn about my different options for my lease end. It was my first lease ever and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at just how helpful and patient Al was with presenting me all of my different options. He took his time and spent nearly the entire day making sure that I was able to weigh all of my choices and make sure I made the choice that I was satisfied with. Even after the sale was made, he continued to help me in the following days with certain last minute details. My experience with Al was great and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who is not just looking for a Nissan, but any car to see what Al can do for them. I just purchased my first brand new car, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I was a little hesitant because I contacted Premier Nissan through the internet after seeing an online deal. I was hoping that this wouldn’t just turn into endless spam emails. Thankfully, I was called pretty quickly by a friendly and helpful agent (Dian). After hearing all my wants and my needs he called me back within in 15 minutes with several options that may work for me. Dian and I met that evening after I got out of work so that I could check out and test drive some options. By the end of the visit Dian had helped me find a car that was perfect for me and fit within my budget. All and all the process was smooth and painless. All the people I had to interact with (including the finance manager Karnail) were friendly, informative, and patient with me through the process. If there were any chance I’d be buying another car any time soon, I’d easily go back to Premier Nissan in San Jose. more

To be honest, going into a dealership has always been something I hated. We all know how car salesman are, so i don't need to go further with that. However, sometimes you get lucky! I was one of those lucky people because i got connected with Al Safieh. Al is the Internet Sales Manager at Premier Nissan and he is awesome! Not only does he treat you with class and respect, but he isn't pushy at all and really wants to get you the best deal. Not only does he make you feel comfortable about the purchase, his service is top of the line. It was so good, that i plan on introducing my sister to him to purchase a car next week.
