This man (Joe Strazza) walked into a hornet's nest of wiring problems and something that others could not solve in three years of trying. It took Joe two visits. After completely rewiring the system there were so many symptoms he could not be sure, explained this but told me his gut was that the system was in such a bad state (from a wiring perspective) experience told him it was likely the problems would be solved. This was just before the worst freeze in 10 years. more

I recently spent the holidays with a friend and felt so much better than I felt at home. For three years plus now I have had sinus infections one after the other. Countless prescriptions and OTC med. Toward the end of my 2 week stay with her I was breathing properly and recovered some of the ability to smell that I had lost over time. She told me she has an air purifier that connects directly to the system and actually purifies the air. So I talked with Joe the technician at Precision Heating and Air and he explained it all to me in an easy to understand manner and answered questions with patience and professionalism. I have recently endured a cold night when my heating would not work. I called Precision the next morning and two very professional men responded to my call. The worst had happened to my 18 year old Heater and Air Conditioner, a main circuit board was toast. The two men explained the problem and offered several solutions, including repair of the heater, replacing the heater, and several complete replacements of the entire system. Due to my age and limited high tech knowledge explanations required multiple repeating’s, until I could get my mind around all my choices. Neither Joe or his partner pushed or tried to persuade me into any of the options, but answered my questions throughly. I finally opted to replace the entire system with a top of the line Carrier Infinity system. Joe and his partner did a fantastic job not only explaining the problem in a professional manner, but went on to do a professional installation followed by an expert and through explanation of how the new system worked, paying particular attention to the new programmable thermostat and how to use it.\r If anyone else has the unfortunate experience of a failed heating and air conditioner system, I strongly recommend Precision Heating & Air Conditioning and maybe you will be lucky enough to meet Joe and his partner. I want to thank both Joe and his partner for their pleasant, professional handling of my problem from beginning to end it was a pleasure to do business with them. This is my second experience with Precision Heating and Air Conditioning Co. and I highly recommend them to everyone.
