This man (Joe Strazza) walked into a hornet's nest of wiring problems and something that others could not solve in three years of trying. It took Joe two visits. After completely rewiring the system there were so many symptoms he could not be sure, explained this but told me his gut was that the system was in such a bad state (from a wiring perspective) experience told him it was likely the problems would be solved. This was just before the worst freeze in 10 years.
