They should be called perfect because they did a great job on my vehicle and all the little things along the way that I noticed. The owner introduced himself to her and I was impressed with that courtesy. My vehicle was returned to me in a cleaner condition than when I took it in. They went above and beyond with the detailing of my vehicle which was very welcome. I will recommend this business to everyone. I would like to thank them. I appreciate everything about this business including the basket of free pens and hand sanitizer for all.\r more

I had my mini repaired here and it looks like new. It was a big hit and you cant even tell it was damaged. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my car so if you want quality repair, Precision is the body shop to take your car. Just click on the filtered reviews at the bottom of this page and you will see the numerous 5 star reviews that agree and obviously not included in their points system to rate them with the stars they deserve.\r more

Horrid service. Late and overcharged. Beyond rude customer service once they get your car. Also embeds lots of fake reviews on sites like this one to make them look like a reputable company. Check the number of reviews and cities the glowing reviewers are coming from. Note that most come from IDs that are only a couple of months old, havent made more than 3 reviews, make all their reviews on the same day and are out of the area. They are all part of a reputation enhancement program made to make bad companies look good. Please please please research Precision Auto Body thoroughly before entrusting them with your vehicle. There are many honest reviews throughout the web that they are trying to conceal. more
