Picked up my BMW nearly a month after the original date given to me for when my car was going to be ready. (over 2 months it took them) The work so far looks good and that is the only reason they are receiving 2 stars. However here comes my long list of complaints..
1/5 for completing the repair job in a timely fashion
2/5 for the quality of the service reps, some where extremely rude and condescending where others were kind and professional
1/5 for the price, my original quote $8,000 less than what I ended up paying. They claim that they called me to let me know of the huge increase in price, but they did not. No call, no message, no email. My car is valued between 14-15.5k. The repairs well exceeded the value, had they communicated this to me during the repair I would have had my insurance agent re-evaluate the repair process since the total exceeded my current value on the car.
I will never go here again. If you like to wait forever for your car to be finished and shell out tons of money while dealing with rude service reps than this place is for you. If not.. find another auto body shop and do not be fooled by all these short 5/5 reviews that give no details about the experience except ""great job on my volvo."". It is very easy nowadays for companies, especially body shops to do reputation repair for online review sites.
