Potpourri School Uniforms

This place is so out of touch with the needs of it's customers. In a time where you can really soar in buisness this place is stuck on start. I get it, it's school uniforms but come on, no online or phone ordering. The gentleman that works there is not helpful and having a speacial order or alteration is taboo. My daughter had to have some alterations to some items because she is going through a growth spurt and we went up in size but length needed adjusted, when we came back to pick up the items not only were they not done correctly we were told we had to pay for them because they had already been cut and then had to buy another years worth of shirts just two months later. Not happy. Never mind that they could go outside of the scope of their narrow field of interest and introduce higher quatlity cotton items and knitts... the facbrics they use are designed for cold weather climates and really do not do our children any favors. Thumbs Down. For simple school uniforms try to get a copy of your schools graphic/logo and buy online much cheaper and it is worth not having to deal with these people. more

I have been buying uniforms for my grandchildren for the past 20 years for Kamehameha Schools, Maryknoll and St. Francis. The service has always been more than good, it was great. Always had my order and whatever they didn't have followed shortly thereafter. Like anything else those that wait for the last minute order or pick up uniforms will always run into problems with availability. One should learn from problems one year not to repeat the same action the next year in terms of ordering and/or pick up. Pros: Always Good Service Cons: Not enough parking more

I have unfortunately had to buy school uniforms through this company for 10 years now. None of my experiences have been even close to satisfactory. The zippers on all the girl's pants broke within 3 wearings, but the store refused to offer a refund or exchange on ""used"" items. These girl's pants were very overpriced, so this was a disappointment, to say the least. Obviously I will no longer buy anything from them that zips. I am handicapped and unable to travel to the store myself, so I have found it next to impossible to shop from this business. It has gotten to the point where I have informed the school that my kids will no longer be able to wear school uniforms. more

I have been purchasing uniforms for my sons for years now and have to say I have always had good service especially from Kalei:) I know how overwhelming it can get but with patience and purchasing early makes things possible! Its a family business give them some credit for being there for us. Thanks potpourri for your continued service! This store is outrageously priced. The sad thing is there are only but a handful of vendors for uniforms. The people there are rude, not caring, and they never call you back. The uniforms they provide isnt even great quality. After washing the PE uniforms, the logo gets lighter and lighter. Either they need to lower their prices or give us the quality we are paying for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: The store has A/C Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE more

They have no website to make it easy for online ordering. I recently faxed over an order over four weeks ago. Call over three times to try to find out where it is. First call I was told it was on back order. Next call the lady was rude and basically said my order is just sitting here without the order form. Not to mention she would call me back and never did. Last call was told they just lost my order form - which they didn't seem a bit concerned that it had all my credit card information on it. Kapolei Elementary needs to consider changing vendors for the school uniforms. more
