Good: The food at the Firepit restaurant is pretty good.. Bad: There is NO customer service when you have a concern or complaint. Beverage servers are very scarce. People just sitting or sleeping at machines. You can play for hours without getting a bonus. And when you finally do, it's usually a very small payout. The crew that empties the machines are extremely rude. (This happens during the early morning hours). Their slogan seems to be "We apologize for any inconvenience". Many buttons and card readers don't work. Just a scummy place overall!. Improvements: I don't expect to make money when I go there, but would like to at least play for awhile before they "Pull-it-out-of-me".. Other: Don't waste your time or money at the PIT. Better off driving to Green Bay or Indiana.. more

Ima big loser here. Never win a dime. They have gotten enough of my money. Havent been back in years. And I wont go back. more

I never win..my loss. But I must say that going to the casino on a boring night always helps. The atmosphere is great and there is something for everyone to do. They have a bunch of slots, bingo, and card tables. Just be sure to take enough money and not to lose it all! Sometimes the casino can get crowded, and there can be some strange people depending on what time you are there. I would recommend not carrying a purse if you didn't have to. You can gamble anytime you want! more
