Good: The food at the Firepit restaurant is pretty good.. Bad: There is NO customer service when you have a concern or complaint. Beverage servers are very scarce. People just sitting or sleeping at machines. You can play for hours without getting a bonus. And when you finally do, it's usually a very small payout. The crew that empties the machines are extremely rude. (This happens during the early morning hours). Their slogan seems to be "We apologize for any inconvenience". Many buttons and card readers don't work. Just a scummy place overall!. Improvements: I don't expect to make money when I go there, but would like to at least play for awhile before they "Pull-it-out-of-me".. Other: Don't waste your time or money at the PIT. Better off driving to Green Bay or Indiana..
